Client: Supportive Housing Network of NY
Background: The Supportive Housing Network of NY hosted an event in 2007 and used a messenger bag as a giveaway. The 2007 event was such an overwhelming success since the messenger bags were targeted to the attendees needs.
Challenge: To build upon the excitement of the 2007 program in order to have a great giveaway for 2008; In addition, I had to keep within the clients' budget
Solution: I provided an eco-friendly bag option that not only meet the clients' marketing budget but also focussed on the clients' message to its' target audience.
Result: All of the attendees were excited to receive the eco-friendly bag as a giveaway. This is just one example of how well I service the needs of the clients I work with. I view clients as partners rather than just customers. This concept allows me to build stronger and deeper relationships with my clients in order to help build its brand among the communities it serves.
I take the time to meet with all clients to make sure I have a clear understanding of what it is they are trying to convey to their target audience. In addition, each client is updated weekly or as needed with the progress of their job and/or program. I review each project to ensure that e-proofs, product proofs are correct prior to production.
Every client also reviews the e-proofs along with product proofs to ensure it meets with its' department(s) approval prior to production. I provide tracking information for all goods and proof of delivery too. Finally, I follow up with each client after the event to ensure the success of the mediums used.
